Too Much Potential.
Not Enough Access.
Across Africa, millions of young people are ready to work but face huge barriers that keep them trapped in poverty.
Willing But
Unemployed
Millions of young people want to work but have no opportunities.
Education But
Not Practical
What they learn in school doesn't always prepare them for real jobs.
Limited Access
to Opportunity
Lack of skills, resources and networks keeps them trapped in poverty.
The result is a cycle of poverty that continues — not because they lack ability, but because they lack access.
Two Paths. One Mission.
